Swain Rework?

Ok, so I've noticed Swain has been getting updates on things. His splash art is really nice looking, his q has more range which is helpful, and his ultimate does more damage which is amazing. However, I'm sad to see his original skin hasn't been updated yet. When I look at his splash art I see a cold blooded general that you shouldn't mess with. Then I look at the in-game skin and I see this bright yellow average day at a picnic sort of thing. My brother introduced me to this game while playing swain. So I feel a little attached to him because now that my brother is out at sea (navy) I play him in his honor. The downside is swain looks old now. I've been with him so long, he needs a face lift (update).

Lately there have been skin packs coming around like the star guardian pack and dark star pack**. WHERE'S SWAIN'S SKIN?** Theses would've been the perfect opportunity for a dark feeling champ like him. For goodness sake he is the military general. Swain hasn't had a skin since 2012 (tyrant) which I don't understand. Especially understandable when champs like Riven and Varus get skins but Swain, Brand, and Kennan don't? Come on Riot. Seriously think about this, now that players have started playing swain more after his rework you should seriously consider giving him a new original skin and dlc skin.
