Fizz Rework is OP! WTF Riot

Just wanna give some comment about the Fizz rework. I've been playing fizz ever since I joined the game, I always like how he can kite ppl with the E, doing tons of damage with the W, and to win impossible fights with the R. if Riot is trying to nerf hidden damages, fine, they can surely take away the old W's passive and give fizz a new burst or AA-enhance- type skill like the new W. I am fine with that. But what I do not understand is that, instead of taking away its W's passive, Riot keeps it, and gives him an AA-enhance- type skill...

W: The new W can certainly do burst damage after waiting for 2 sec, but it is no way to do as much DPS as before, and the 2 sec is hard to wait too, why? 1. With all these assassin reworks, Katarina, Talon, Kha, and Rengar, etc, it is very hard to stay alive for that W effect to finish and do some damage
while they can simply walk around and three hits you (what talons do). 2. The Seastone Trident (W) effect icon is very hard to see in fights, not to mention team fights, with all the health bars flowing around. Some may say you can always R then W. But the point is, after R (or the R misses), the reworked fizz has no way to do as much DPS as he used to and the combo somewhat limited the play style.

Q: The passive effect on Q is good, but to make fizz a truly mobile champion, Riot could you please make it a skill shot (directional) instead of pinpointing spell? Also, the Q does on-hit spell effect without doing the Q damage is very weird. (Given you struck through same batch of minions and only the targeted one take damage.

R: The big shark from R is great, but in most of the cases, the slow swimming speed of the fish often restricted me to 'snipe' enemies in order to get the maximum damage; and the reduced slow is less than enough to save my life when it is used in close-range combat. This somehow make the play style of fizz more rigid, restricted, and less fun.
