It's summer, Kat is in Pool Party Splash art, so why not? I got 5k games on her and I would love to see her as a 1350+ skin or more expensive with sick effects.

Q: Splashes water (somehow) in the direction a dagger would normally travel. W: Throws a water balloon into the air and lands on the ground. If Kat steps near it, it explodes. E: Same flash-like animation, but with water splashing at her feet when landing. R: GIANT WATER SPRINKLER OF DEADLINESS
p.s. anytime she spins, water lashes out like a sprinkler.
