Rich Home Quinn

My friends and I are were talking tonight, and we think it would be AWESOME to see a Quinn skin based on Rich Home Quan. The name just rolls so perfectly off the tongue. I'm not much of an ideas guy or an artist so I can't put up concept art or anything, but I'd absolutely love to see this in game. Anyone else?
