The Prisoner and the Jailer
Argo was a revolutionary figure at the time when Noxus was handed over to the tyrant, Jericho Swain. He believed the people shouldn't bow down to such a heartless monster. However, his speeches and attempts to incite were quickly silenced. He ended up imprisoned with a Noxian stronghold. He was put in an enormous cell, where everyday, someone would be sent in to kill him. Argo had to fight for his life everyday, but he managed to survive each time. It was years before Argo managed to escape the prison, killing all guards on the way out. His mind had twisted under the stress and horror of killing someone everyday so he would live. He became crazed and attempted to flee the city, killing as many guards, policemen, and soldiers as he could along the way. He managed to stay undetected for only a year before a young Architect, using odd magic that made physical objects that would block his path. He was knocked unconcious after an explosion and woke up imprisoned in an unbreakable cell. He was jailed by the man for 3 years until he was aided by an old friend, and broke free. Now Argo is chased by the young mage, Jericho Swain himself pulling the strings...

Passive: Crazed: When Argo attacks an enemy, he gains 1% Lifesteal for 2 seconds, stacking up to (+.1 AD) times. If he kills an enemy champion, he increases his movement speed by 1% permanently.
Q: Mad Dash: Argo dashes in a target direction, dealing 90/130/170/210/250 (+.6 Bonus AD) and gaining 30% movement speed for 2 seconds. Cool: 9 seconds
W: Homicidal Rage: For the next 3 seconds, Argo gains 10/14/18/22/26% Lifesteal and 40% Attack Speed. His basic attacks also deal 20/25/30/35/40 (+.1 5 AD) bonus physical damaged every hit, stacking up to 3 times. Cool: 13
E: Psychosis: Argo removes all CC from himself and gains 10/13/16/19/22% Movement Speed for 3 seconds. If he kills a champion, half of the total cooldown is refreshed.
Cool: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
R: Noxian Burial: Argo picks up and enemy champion. He then runs for 2 seconds and slams them into the ground, dealing 300/400/500 (.5 bonus AD) true damage and stunning them for 1/1.3/1.6 second. Cool: 120 seconds
Newton was an aspiring mage, though he had an odd talent. He couldn't use conventional spells. Instead his magic formed through creating Prisms. Structures made of solidified arcane. His passion always lied in his Prismic creations. Though the ever present Noxian military has little use for defensive tactics, and he was shunted away from service. Until one day. Jericho Swain himself approached Newton with a job. He wanted his son, who'd gone psychopathic after escaping from a prison, captured in an unbreakable prison. Newton had refused, asserting that his creations should never be used as prisons. Swain threatened Newton's life, and Newton was forced to relent. He managed to capture Argo, keeping him in his personally created cage. One day, a mercenary with a deadly arsenal broke Argo free, injuring the mage. Swain demanded the mage capture Argo again, not letting him return to Noxus until then. Newton set off on a hunt, tracking Argo as far as he can. Though me might not really want to return...
6. Newton, The Arcane Architect Resource: Mana Role: Mage Passive: Archeomancy: Displace, Collapse, and Capture create Prisms that block movement for 2 seconds. Prisms stops enemy movement only. His powers deal 10% damage to structures.
Q: Displace: Creates 2 walls at a location and shoots them in opposite directions until they reach the maximum distance, dealing damage and pushing any enemy units they reach. Only deals damage and pushes an enemy once. Can Activate before maximum distance to stop. Damage: 60/75/95/120/150 (+.6 AP) magic damage Speed: 600 Units/s Cost: 30/50/70/90/90 mana Cool: 9 seconds
W: Collapse: Creates 2 walls a set distance apart and pushes them together, pushing enemies and dealing damage. Only deals damage and pushes an enemy once. Activate again to stop before full closure. Damage: 60/75/95/120/150 (+.6 AP) magic damage Speed: 600 Units/s Cost: 30/50/70/90/90 mana Cool: 9 seconds
E: Destroy: Explodes any Prisms created dealing damage and knocking back enemies. Enemies take %50 damage from subsequent Prisms being Destroyed for 2 seconds. (1 rank at start) Damage: 60/90/120/140/180/225 (+.9 AP) magic damage Radius: 500 Units Cost: 10/30/50/70/90/90 mana Cool: Useable whenever there is a wall up. Minimum cooldown of 1.5 seconds.
R: Contain: Creates 4 Prisms in an area trapping enemies inside for 1/2/3 and dealing 200/350/500 (+.6 AP) to enemies inside over the duration. This wall is only escapable by using Flash or Flash-like abilities (Such as Arcane Shift or Rappel, not Shadow Dash or Slice/Dice). Cost: 100 mana Cool: 120/115/110
