As a main Urgot player , I feel Urgot's ult fear effect is not that useful when in teamfight.If it can change like Hecarim's ult when it flash after using ult, it still have fear effect .The ult will become more interesting and useful.
Honestly, Urgot is not at all where Riot wants him to be. I'm sure you know that. They have already said that they have no idea what his role or identity should be. They have also said that it was a horrible decision to put an ult like that on someone who would stay as far away from the fight as an adc should. An ulti like that should be on a Tank or a Bruiser, at the very least someone with a bit of mobility and a buildpath with tank stats. Yes, Urgot has a bit of tank stats in his build but they want something more substantial than a

After the Warwick and Galio VGU, they said that they were looking do Evelynn and Urgot. There are a few others on that list so it may be the middle of Season 7 before anything happens to him, but I would count on a rework for him once Riot figures out what they want him to be.
What you are asking for is clarity and what I'm saying is that that ult just needs to be moved off of him.
