Party Pooper Morgana

Hi, I have been thinking for a while about a concept skin for Morgana. I know it's a bit risky and not everyone might feel comfortable using it, but I think everyone can relate to it for obvious reasons. It might even work as a line of skins similar to "Headhunters" or "Projects" with champions like Ziggs or Pantheon. Obviously, they would be Surprise Party skin's archenemies.
