Jinx doesn't need to be magical. In the Star Guardian alternate universe, she is chosen and given her powers.

Jinx's skin is supposed to be 1820 RP. So that means she's been revcoalized. Additionally, of that lot, Soraka fits the line. The rest do not. I do not understand this hard-on people have for cramming Leona and Diana in every skin line related to the cosmos. Those two DO NOT fit the Star Guardian line. They're portrayed as much older and much more battle hardened and serious than the other girls chosen. The girls who were chosen are naive, perky, and youthful, and Diana and Leona just aren't. Soraka fits this fairly well, as does Tristana, Taliyah, Ashe, and possibly Vi.
