Skin Idea: From the Deep Draven!?!?!?

So i couldnt really draw this out as i would imagine it, but my idea would be a sort of draven coming from the sea. The axes would look like fins, or webbed feet with claws maybe? If you added particles to his w, i think it could be sort of like water pushing him forward or spiraling around him. His e would be a whale or a shark, and his ult would be like a great white shark. Just thought about it while i was bored. Plz Rito
