No Auto-Attacks?

How about a new champion who hasnt got auto-attacks? The champions Q could be a point and click type ability that has a short cooldown and low mana cost. The champion could be a mage who hasnt got high scales on abilities but short cooldowns. But thats just my idea so i dont know if it would work.

Fine idea except you wont be able to damage turrets or any other buildings
