I would hope that it has more thematic than just that. Otherwise couldn't we just get this as a Chroma?

Actually his skills fit to thunder theme because if Q is a thunder it will be bounce, his W can be cloud with thunders, his E can be a lightning bolt who shock enemies themetically, ult can be a thunder minigun who has thunder sounds so often.

I think it should be renamed, and it should be a Portal skin.

This is not a skin, just chroma pack fodder.

It takes more than a cheap 5-second hue shift to make a proper skin.
