Chibi Skin Series

I recently recalled an anecdote from a dev which mentioned using tiny versions of champions in testing for things like Zyra's plants. Ex: Tiny Ashe for ranged plants. I found this hilarious; and it also got me thinking. Why does this have to be a dev only thing? Could certain minion focused champions have a "Chibi" skin? While it would be more work, I think it would help visibility and lower confusion vs the real thing to reskin them as more of a classical anime look while also giving the champion a higher quality "modern" anime look. Can't leave out the champ themselves after all.

Ex: Malzahar's voidling would appear as a miniature Rek'Sai with a big head, huge innocent eyes, and overlarge claws. Yorick's [q] would be a tiny jax while his [e] (healing ghost) would be a miniature Aatrox with a too-large sword tiny wings.

Addendum - Maokai will now be throwing tiny Kog'Maws that /taunt while running.
