If you get the skin, let me know please. They told me that I wasn't supposed to get any RP for free like this, no matter how close. I'll link this and send it in if they seriously give it to you.

Hey dude, so i had a similar need for RP, however, i needed 9 RP (I received my 9 RP as well and bought what i wanted.) I'm going to relay this message i received from a kind mod in my situation. I altered the start, but everything else is as it was to me which is why it sounds like the Riot team is talking in the message. Follow these steps and you'll probably get your RP, Good luck! ^__^ Also, this shouldn't be on the Skins & Champs Board, but i get your method of thinking since it's probably for a skin.

As this is an account-specific issue, we can't directly help you on the boards. However, you do have a much better chance submitting a ticket with Riot Games Player Support!

Here are some things to keep in mind as you submit your ticket:

1. Player Support has no obligation to fulfill the request.
2. You'll have a much better chance of getting the RP you need if you submit a drawing you made of a champion (or so I've heard).
3. If you do get an RP grant, you won't be able to request it in the future. These grants are given at maximum, once per account per lifetime.
