So ive been working on my own champ

So ive been working on my own champ. Here it is. I just wanna see if the concept is even given a chance. I think it would be a fun champ to play and a great addition to the league. Help me work on this guys.

Bandit the Master Thief

My concept is the champion looks like a raccon and is more of a mid/ap/ad support end game wise. he can deal damage or support allies.

Auto Attack is a ranged sling shot rock. Base stats (HELP!)

Passive - Every time Bandit attacks an enemy champion he steals (1/2/3) gold. All abilities will will steal 3 gold on enemy contact.

Q - Nut bomb - From his bag of goods he throws a nut, The nut will explode on contact or detonate after 3 seconds when thrown. If enemy an enemy champion is hit it will do 25/30/35/40/80(ap) and slow by 10%/15%/20%/30%/40% for 2 seconds. If a friendly champion is hit, it will heal for 25/30/35/40/80(ap) and give a 75% speed boost for 1 second. If any enemy is not hit by this then it rolls forward a distance.

This is an aoe ability or single target ability. (the damage scale should be the same as ziggs Q, and the heal should scale to Taric(on conatact)/Soraka(on aoe). The cone should crecent like diana's q.

W - Slingshot - Takes aim with his sling shot, pulls back and releases. If an enemy champ is struck it does 20/30/40/50/75(ad) damage and stuns the target for 2 seconds if full draw. If not full draw then slows by 60% for 1.5s decreasing rapidly.

E - Maul - Passive - Speed boost while in brush 5%/10%/15%/20%/35%

Actve - Clings to the nearest target Marking and mauling them. The mark casts a debuff that does double an allied champions Attack. The maul rends the target and makes them bleed and poisons for 10/15/20/25/30(ap) + 10/15/20/25/30(ad) over 3 seconds.

R - Go Beserk - Jumps head to head to the 3 nearest champions slowing them by 40% for 1 second before bouncing straight into the air and dropping a Large Pine Cone from his bag of goods, dealing 150/300/450(ap) + 50/100/200(ad) damage in a circle. (untargetable until he lands)
