Is Captain Gangplain going to be handed out on the 10th, or immediately after playing a game?
I just want to clarify whether or not I should be 'worried' about not having it yet, or if I just need to wait.

He'll be handed out after the end.
they havent stated when they'd give him out, but you need to play him before the 10th, so i would assume some time after that!
