Well I have been playing League for 5 years now and I had an idea crossing my mind what if players that have been faithfull to your since the last 4 or 3 years will have a gift a skin or a summoner icon or players that have reached 1000 wins wins as well.

you get the victorious skins from earlyer seasons. should be enough. be grateful for what you already get for free. asking for more is rude.
Can play with a Riot employee for your 1000th, 2000th, etc. win if you hop on the forums and ask nicely. And I have judgement kayle, which makes me look cool to all the nubs, if I played kayle.
Also probably own more champs than most, without spending money on that.. 108 owned, bought 2 with RP.
Also got a couple free rune pages from back when. And a couple unique runes. (Frost Health, Deadly Wreath, Piercing Present, etc. Same stats, just different name/icon.)

Only games that want players to stick around reward them for long term play. LoL's marketing mix is targeted at keeping people for only a year or two because that's when you are most likely to spend the bulk of money you will spend on the game. Then they want you to leave to clear up server space for other new people who will spend more money.
Riot doesn't give a shit about the players (if they did they wouldn't have the most toxic community of any online game, and would have listened to the community about something by now)
Little annoyed at the moment. played a few games and almost all of them had one or more toxic jerks/afk/troll in it. I've been out of the loop, has riot done anything to fix the harassment in games?
