Should I just play the best meta champs and Exsept that Karthus in solo Q want get me out of bronze and go Sona heals for the win.

And pick up champs like lulue and Ekko even though I dislike their play styles. Plus work on mastering Lee sin because he is always good in every season just wandering.

I would suggest playing Barum,Nautilus,Janna,Alistar.

Alistar requires practice [W] Q]combo.
Barum is timing with your shield to block projectiles and remember apply passive.( tip fighting in jungle makes ult easier to use)
Nautilus offers CC and peel as well scales late game.
Janna offers peel with a passive play style also powerful disengage. I would suggest watching videos displaying top performance done by following champions.
