Sheriff-Style Champion Idea

A champion with a sheriff-type persona, maybe lorewise they can be Vi's superior or something, whose kit is built around the old style-sheriff archetype.

His passive could be a kindred style passive called bounty where he makes an enemy champion worth more gold (could be used for gank targeting or maybe to strategically donate gold to your more late-game scaling champs to get them online faster).

For the ultimate I was thinking of the wild west duel style situation. The ult would kind of be like Caitlyn ult where it's a straight line, single target, point-and-click, but when he ultis you, both champs lose vision of everything except each other, then the wild west music plays and theres a countdown, and the first person to hit their R key at the end of the countdown wins the duel. If the sheriff wins he deals a ton of damage and if they win he takes some damage but not quite as much.

Maybe instead of just pressing R it can be a random sequence of key presses (like Q-R-E-W or R-W-E-Q) that is randomly generated each time to make it more combo-speed reliant than luck?

Don't have any ideas for the other abilities but I thought this was a cool starting point. Any thoughts?
