Blood Moon Soraka concept

Hello, I was scrolling through my news feed on a site and came across this image of Soraka. I thought it looked rather amazing, and wished for it to be real, so I decided after awhile of thinking, that I would create a discussion about it, and see if I could get enough support on the concept to maybe make this a real thing. It's a Blood Moon skin, and I believe adding this (along with some other new skins in this category) would revive the whole Blood Moon creation. https://78.media.tumblr.com/0f3b26a7a003d07e92b95544738f3b11/tumblr_on2swlEkVP1s0adc8o1_1280.jpg

Some of the current skins are pretty scandalous, but the see through top is a little much don't you think?

Well, they wouldn't make the skin exactly the same as the image shown. They would make changes to it, and most probably, some rough copies to see what works best with the community.
