Blood Moon Soraka concept

Hello, I was scrolling through my news feed on a site and came across this image of Soraka. I thought it looked rather amazing, and wished for it to be real, so I decided after awhile of thinking, that I would create a discussion about it, and see if I could get enough support on the concept to maybe make this a real thing.
