A champ like jinx, who lacks skins, deserves the victorious skin! Morg already has 5 SKINS. 5 RIOT. 5. Theres plenty of other professional used, game impacting champions who needs new skins. I've also added a pole for everyone to decide and see what champion truly deserves the victorious skin for season 4.
