Vuqion - the Cannoneer
Hey everybody. I'm polish player and I came here to show you my concept for a champion, Vuqion - the Cannoneer. Here is the link to orginal, polish text. Character idea: ENDERkolo, 30 level EUNE Translation: Worst Ahri EUNE, 30 level EUNE Ok, here we go :)
Appearance:
Vuqion is a tall and little thick man. He's 14 years old. His black hair is short and crew-cut combed. He has stubble and his skin is slightly tanned. He has some scars on his face. His right hand is badly wounded (old story). He's dressed in dirty with lubricant for metal t-shirt and leather jacket with tattered sleeves. He has red hearth tattoo with two black crossed bones and "Bad Boy" postscript on one of his shoulders. His pants are long and moro designed. He's keeping bazooka destroyed by long-termed fights. He's using it every day (including christmas).
His voice is weighty like person who have been not in one place, not one saw, not one drank and no one smoked ;)
Abilities:
Passive - Extermination Every target hit in last 3 seconds by Vuqion's ability is taking additional damage from Vuqrion's basic attacks for 1% of max. health.
Q - Twinshot Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana CD: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Use: Throws missile twice in selected side (0,5 seconds delay). Every missile is dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+0,25 AD)(+0,35 AP) magic damage. Targer damaged by both missiles becomes stunned for 0,5 seconds. Range: 800 Missile speed: 600/sec
W - Gleaming Firecracker Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana CD: 22/20,5/19/17,5/16 seconds Use: Throws firecracker to selected side that if arrive to end of the range explodes blinding nearby enemies (their screens makes white and this effect dissapears with time) for 0,5/0,7/1/1,25/1,5 seconds. Range: 800 Explode range: 400 Missile speed: 600/sec
E - Omniseeing Eyes Cost: No cost CD: No CD Passive: After 8/7/6/5/4 basic attacks deals additional damage to the nearest enemy (neutral units could be damaged too).
R - Voice of the Screaming Cannon Cost: 125/150/175 mana CD: 160/145/130 seconds Use: Loads weapon (from 1 to 3 seconds). Vuqion can't move while loading. Afterwards he is throwing powerful wave of energy that damages enemies in a cone (time of loading and distance from the middle of ability depends how many damage is dealt). Targets that are becoming in the cone while loading are slowed (distance from the middle of ability depends how much targets are slowed). Slow: 10-20/15-30/20-40/25-50/25/60% Damage: 100-300 (+0,6 AD)(+0,3 AP) / 200/600 (+0,9 AD)(+0,6 AP) / 300-800 (+1,2 AD)(+0,9 AP) of magic damage. Range: 600 Width of cone: 120°
