Big baby Gragas skin

I'm not good at drawing, or illustrating in general; but my idea is solid! I want a gragas skin where he is a big baby. He would wear a diaper and have a milkbottle to throw. Most importantly he would have no beard, and a cute, big cheeked baby face. Maybe he should have the typical one whirly hair aswell. Should probably make dumb baby sounds also.
