Let me know what I should do with this Character and if it needs any balancing.

Looking over it his R and E needs nerfing, in my opinion. For his E it should pause by 5 seconds per zombie summoned but summon 1/1/2/2/3/3 zombies. So pause it for 5-15 seconds, making the passive itself take 55-65 seconds to spawn a zombie. But as for his R. The giant zombie should pause his passive until it's killed/runs out of time and it shouldn't live until killed UNLESS it draws so much power that it makes the rest of his abilities unusable(or weaken them) until it is dead. AKA, making it much more acceptable to be out until killed.

I was thinking about that and I agree on both of them thank you so much.

No problem. Sorry on my late response to this, I didn't get a notification. Regardless, the champ sounds fun and I hope Riot at least considers him, or something close to him.

Agreed and I was talking with a friend of mine and he said that riot doesn't want to duplicate or make any champion like any other champion so I tried my best to make it different. Did I mention that his transform is a perma-transform?

Looking at the zombies he spawns, should they have a time limit or no?

I am thinking no on this, since it's only one zombie on the closest lane, not all lanes, and it's only one per 50 seconds. But they shouldn't be too powerful, maybe half as powerful as a canon minion. If you nerf the time to 60 seconds per zombie, making Q pause the passive even longer, then 3/4th a canon minion's strength. But 50 seconds and half the strength sounds good to me.
