New Tahm Skin - Pop-Eye Fish

Tahm needs new skins. Yes, I know he's a catfish, but can we incorporate other fish into his look? Can we give his next skin coat large, bugged-out, goldfish eyes? Also, it would be cool, if there was a scalier version of Tahm. One where we could see almost dragon-like scales on his body, and maybe a swordfish fin on his head and back? Just a few ideas for his next concept. Thanks!
