Teemo skin idea

So, I've recently been coming up with some random skin ideas with a few friends of mine and it was all a joke until we came up with an idea that could be implemented into the game as a legit skin. We all know that Teemo is really annoying and is often referred to as the satan of league. So why not have "Hellborn Teemo"? It could be all devil themed with Teemo's blow dart being a golden fiddle that when played, shoots out a small ball of flame. The speed boost effect could have flames trailing behind Teemo as he runs. The mushrooms could either be skulls/heads or pentagrams, depending on what RIOT deem acceptable. His usual hat could be removed and replaced with large horns and, unlike any other Teemo skins, his eyes could be open but be a blood red colour.

I currently haven't got any concept art because I haven't got much time and I'm not much of an artist, but if someone thinks this idea could someday be implemented and would be willing to create some concept art that would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
