A true Movement Champion

So I have been playing for a year now and have perfectly acquainted myself with the mechanics and playstyle and such. and after a year I'm sure, most of us have plenty of champion idea and such. Well, my idea of the week is a full movement character, a character that is specifically made to move/knock up enemies and allies around the area. we have our ults and 's jaws, but I think that a character specifically for OTHER CHARACTER movement would be, a bit trolly yes, but interesting for playstyle and a nice support. maybe the story could be that she's a cloud Mage or something. now I'm not really smart enough to make a detailed attempt at it, but I think if I just put it out there, maybe one of you can think of something, I know plenty of people like a challenge.
