Base Concept:
Rindam is a Melee tank/bruiser that has two forms, the first is his tank form where he has access to only the passives of his abilities, his damage is low as is his attack & movement speed in this mode, this is the form you see him in for 60-70% of the time. Upon levelling up his ultimate he gains access to the actives of his abilities turning him into more of a bruiser due to the insane damage that his abilities do but he also loses a portion of his tanky stats in this form.
Lore: A worker & defender of the people, Rindam loved to stand up for the people of his town against the lord & his family who ruled the town with an iron fist, though he was never violent he was always there to help whoever needed him, in this sense many people likened him to Braum which humbled him. After the Lord died of old age his son took power & he was much more menacing, he ordered Rindam to be brought before him so he could place a curse upon him, the curse was an ancient one used only by the ice-queen Lissandra herself, the curse caused Rindam to lose control of his senses & he turned into a mindless raging monster, destroying everything around him, after the rage wore off he stood in the middle of what was his home town, now crushed into the earth. His heart ached & his screams of agony were heard all throughout the Freljord, desperate to stop this ever happening again he searched through the ruins of the old lord’s mansion to see if he could find a cure for this sickening rage that lay festering within him. He found a book belonging to him contain within what looked to be his only hope, a set of armour & shield that were blessed, he set off as quickly as he could to the location of the armour & shield, the travel to the location itself was full of hazards & took 4 days of travelling to reach. Upon arriving what Rindam found was not an abandoned temple, but a fortress full of Lissandra’s watchers, he sneaked in as best he could, after searching for a good while he found the armour & shield in the armoury, as he moved closer to the armour it started to glow & emit a small pulsing sound, cautiously he reached out & touched the armour it instantly latched onto him, upon picking up the shield he felt the last of rage within him being caged & a sense of invincibility, after this he disappears & is not heard of until 3 years later.
Rindam appears in a village being attacked by soldiers belonging to Sejuani which upon sighting him charge at him, he stands against them for a while holding them back with his shield, doing what he can to prevent those behind him from being injured, but some get behind him & start to kill the civilians behind him, at this moment he unleashes a mighty roar that causes everyone around him to freeze, he then throws his shield into the air as bits of his armour break off, his rage had surfaced again, he flew into a fury attacking the soldiers with incredible strength, after what seems like an age the soldiers had all fallen but Rindam’s rage had yet to wear off, he damaged some nearby homes before regaining control of himself, the citizens were now too fearful to go near him, he did not blame them, he just collected his shield which had landed nearby & the broken pieces of armour & left, he now lives alone in fear of harming those he wishes so badly to protect.

Skills:
Passive: Does 50% extra dmg to minions (mostly to allow him to cs as he seems quite weak there)
Q: Unrelenting Cost: 35 Rage CD: 18 Seconds Active: Allows Egar to grab hold of an enemy for 5 seconds & making them un-targetable by his allies, during those 5 seconds he deals 50/55/60/65/70 + (10% of his Armour & MR) as true damage. Passive: Egar gains 5 HP Per minion killed, 10 HP Per Cannon, 20 Per Super minion or Champion Kill or Assist (Caps out at 1150 Extra Health)
W: Blind Rage Cost: 30 Rage CD: 22 Seconds Active: Egar’s basic attacks deal 20/24/28/32/36 + (15% of his Armour & 20% of his MR) as true damage over the next 10 seconds but his attack speed is slowed to 0.75 & his attacks also have a 25% chance to miss Passive: Gain’s 1 Armour & MR for every 25 Minions Killed or Champion Kill/Assist (Caps out at 105 extra Armour & 120 extra MR)
E: Chase of Hell Cost: 25 Rage CD: 25 Seconds Active: Egar gains a 20% + (5% per 50 Armour & 5% per 30 MR) speed boost & is immune to disables for 15 seconds his attack speed is lowered by 10% for the duration. Passive: Gains 15/20/25/30/35 Movement Speed
R: Unleash the Rage Active: Egar may activate this ability upon having a full rage bar only, upon activating this he gains access to all the actives of his abilities. He switches back to non-rage mode once his rage has been completely depleted. Also half of his Armour & MR is ignored when he takes damage as well as the 30% of the amount removed being transferred into extra physical damage. He also gains an aura for the duration which damages all nearby champions, enemy & foe for a small amount, his basic attacks are also changed to do true damage but his attack damage is reduced by 55% for the duration, also he cannot generate rage in this mode. Passive: Once levelled up to rank 1 he generates 5 rage per 2.5 seconds. He gains 10 rage every time a nearby ally is harmed.
