Do you mean like in Paladins? For example if you want to change only Jinx's hair color? It would be great but Riot has chromas. I just wish they would make more chromas to base skins...
Maybe there could be a champion that had a jacket or sweatshirt (Think Om or Taliyah) and you could buy patches for them on the rito store. You would get these patches in real life and also put them in certain places on your champion.
