i know that the custom skins are on the at your own risk stage but as for the program i wanted to as if (WOOXY) was an ok program to use. From what i saw there were only cosmetic changes not zoom or even particle changes Most of the time so not cheats but i don't wanna get banned so i thought i should ask i like the skin i made and if only i can see it is it ok?
I would think any program will be ok, just as long as it doesnt change anything aside from it being cosmetic. Not 100% clear about it, but i would assume its the program people who make customs skins now use, so if its ok for them to use it it should be fine for you to use it!
