Raver Sivir :)

A lot of female champs seems to have fun/cutesy skins (Arcade, heart seeker, etc.) except Sivir. She has a lot of old world fantasy skins which is cool but----come on ;P

With Dj Sona coming out I figured Raver Sivir would be appropriate. Give her a club style dress or short two piece outfit with leg warmers, color her hair, etc. Have her weapon be a hula hoop that glows different colors---maybe add small blades around the edge of it. Making a dance would be easy. When she alts, she glows then burst out glowing colors around her. Sorts like that :) It would be very appealing and fun!
