Hey guys, Retargeted here. Just want to tell you guys a concept I was thinking could actually be implemented into LoL. Some people don't want to throw their wallets at Riot. Sometimes, yes, I do throw my wallet at them, but most of the time I don't. The concept i was thinking about is adding a "0" to the rp cost of a skin and that would be the IP cost. For example, Pulsefire Ezreal. The skin's RP cost is 3250, once an extra "0" is added, the IP cost would be 32,500. Yes, that's a hefty amount of IP to save up for, but you wouldn't have to give your wallet to Riot and you would still be able to have a skin. The thought of adding a "0" to the RP cost wouldn't make buying RP less attractive since people would have to play more to earn more IP, but it would give people who don't make as much money or people who don't want to spend money on a video game be able to have skins to make the champion they enjoy playing look "cooler".

Im thinking no for skins below 950, as that would be cheap, especially the 390 ones, maybe have a different method for those ones

This wouldn't work at all. Skip to around 5:40 on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3fKSh9139Q See how much IP he has? That is the average ranked player's IP, and skins are bought primarily by ranked players who play the game a lot. They would lose like 90% of their profits from skins if they did this.
