I hate how Rito's attempt to have beginner mode champs is affecting my favorite champs

Riot always has this idea that there should be super easy mode champions who are rediculously OP and then these harder champs who are perfectly balanced. But LoL as it is is becoming much easier right now. I mean look at all the champions with mana who actually can run out of mana and all the champs without any built in gap closers. Next thing you know they'll be taking flash out of the game and giving every champ a mana like that easy mode game DotA2. Mana bars take so little skill because it's just an excuse to let players use less spells because OOM. Having a gap closer forces you to use spells and make wise choices to dodge things so that take a lot of skill compared to not having a gap closer and just walking because the not ever having to press a key to go somewhere is easy mode. One of my favorite champions, Teemo, is currently being called "Satan" right now because of how easy mode and OP he is and I'd like him nerfed to a fun, balance level so I can playing this game without getting the feeling I'm playing a game made for Kindergarteners. I will use the balance philosophies behind some of the most balanced and hardest to play champs to balance him.

Q- Teemo's Q provide too much straight up damage with no risk. I'm thinking his Q should be like Lee Sin's (the epitome of balance) which is high risk high reward. Make the first part of his Q do 1/2the current damage (+1/2 the current scaling) and give him a second part dash that does the same damage and scaling plus a percent missing health damage as the first and extend the blind duration by one second but have it activates after the second second cast hits. This will force Teemo to choose his plays carefully and have to press a button twice but at least he'll be rewarded slightly by extra damage and blind for doing such high skill plays. W- His w is a cast once and go super fast and a passive that goes fast. So I think it should be nerfed to be like riven's (one of the most balanced champs) Q. He only gets three short dashes but he'll get added damage in form of giving a auto attack reset after each dash and giving each attack after each dash an on hit damage bonus. The cooldown of this spell should also be the same as Riven's. This will reduce Teemo's insane one button movement spell and the compensating spell takes a lot of skill too. R- His R as of right now takes so little skill so I'm think nerf the damage but give him ways to do more damage through complex plays and also give him more shrooms stacks to let him do these plays. I got this idea from Yasuo's hard to do but rewarding combo E-Q. Teemo should be able to R while mid dash during his q and w and it will quickly place (no cast time) a shrooms. this way he'll take more skill. His normal shroom damage and ratio will now be 2/3 of the damage right now but if you cast a mushroom on another mushroom and it lands on an enemy champion then it will instant deal twice that much damage over the same duration and they get knocked back and any enemy champions hit by the first will take the same amount of damage as the first target plus a percent of the first target's bonus health.

Tell me what you think or your ideas on balancing Teemo.
