[Concept] Abilities that Copy/Steal another champ's ability
Champ_Passive_Name_Holder: Thief of Secrets
(similar to Kindred's) An icon bar appears above player's HUD that has the icons of ALL champs in the match (both allies AND enemies). The icons are unclickable UNTIL a champ comes in range. When a champ is in range, the player can click on their icon to steal stats from them. This includes HP, MP, Att.Dmg, M.Dmg, armor, magic resist, and move speed. The stolen stats are lost immediately after the "stolen target" leaves range. Once having "stolen" a target, the player cannot click on the icons until after a long CD.
Ability_Name_Holder: Unveiled Secret
Whenever the player "steals" a champ via Thief of Secrets, the player gets to choose one of that champ's BASIC ability and replaces Unveiled Secret with that ability.
- The player CANNOT steal an ability that is unranked.
- Because the player can steal from both ally and enemy, the ally basic abilities can also be copied.
- The copied ability has the exact math as the original's, but the rank depends ONLY on the rank of Unveiled Secret itself.
(ex.) The player copies
rank 5 Deadly Flourish (W) with Unveiled Secret at rank 1, the copied version will only deal 50+(70% AD) and root 0.75 sec, even though the original is max ranked. - The cooldown and mana cost for the copied spell is DOUBLED.
- If the copy is from an enemy, the player CANNOT cast it when the "stolen champ" leaves range of Thief of Secrets.
- If the copy is from an ally, the player CAN still cast it, but the copy will deal significantly reduced dmg and has its CC effect reduced.
- When player changes the "stolen target" via Thief of Secrets, the player will have to replace Unveiled Secret with a new spell.
