OK Riot please listen this is very important because i used up my 3 refunds and now i ended up with 2 ezreal skins some how and i don't want 2 but i cant refund one of them anyway and another point i have is maybe you could let us buy refunds like maybe 12600 ip or 975 rp for just one refund now in my mind that's a lot but at the same time those prices make sense because that makes summoners blow lots of ip on something and or a bunch of rp for getting ride of their second skin for a champ i mean if you buy a older skin and a new and better skin comes out what do you do your stuck with that old one or you buy the new one too and you never use the old one again ... i mean be nicer than you already are pls hear me meny of my league friends and really life friends have the same problem and probable meny other summoners around the world have this problem PLS let us buy them.
