I know it's probably too late but wouldn't be appropriate for that skin to have some more voice acting? Since Xerath character has deep involving in Shurima and the Ascension ritual I guess some of these should fit.

Having additional lines for a Xerath skin would be awesome! The reason we didn't add them to GotS Xerath was because it's not a legendary/ultimate skin. Generally speaking, those are the only times we add new/additional lines of dialogue.

Yes to this comment. I was thinking that since the skins that are released with a champion generally get more leigh way because the champion and skin are produced together. So adding little bonuses doesn't increase the amount of work need compared to if not. Say since they already have the voice actor in they don't need to pay them to come in for 1 or 2 lines.

So obviously recording new lines for a non-legendary skin is out of the question - this I understand. Jinx however had a couple extra lines on her Mafia skin, which is only 975 as far as I remember. Would adding some of Xerath's Ascension lines to the skin be too far out of the question? Wouldn't require any additional recording work, and would drastically improve the quality of the skin.

Also I want to ask, will ever GotS Xerath loading screen get updated? Because it's looks unfinished and harmony with colors are not perfect. It's just looks like '' im done from this art, let's release it like this ''.

I'm guessing you had it lying around, unless his voice actor is a regular employee? Since I'd assume Jinx/Kha'Zix were recorded at the same time as their classic quotes, what with them being new champions at the time of their skins.
...my point, couldn't you give the skin some/all of his Ascension lines? Since you've already recorded them. It's a 1350 skin, the same as Warring Kingdoms Jarvan and Mecha Kha'Zix - so a few new quotes seems fairly priced. Perhaps even add some of the Ancient Ascendant lines into the mix. Legendary skins typically replace the entire voice over, after all, and all we're asking for is for Xerath to say "It's electric!" when he dances! (Well, not all we're asking for... other lines too pleeeease).
(It's also the only 1350 skin in the bunch, despite all three being very high quality and Rammus' in particular far outshines his other skins.)

Everyone knows the pricing situation by now, what he's brought up however is how important Xerath is to Shurima's descent and how Xerath's new skin should follow up on that. Did the skin team even consider a higher tier? It's like you decided to start a race and then halfway through you quit.
