Surprise Party Teemo and Twitch

Clearly the Surprise party skins are for champs who can "SURPRISE" you like ulting the hell out of no where, Fiddlesticks, or Grabbing your ass giving you no escape, Amumu. So, why not add a character whos leaves little destructive annoying surprises all over the map and someone who goes invisible and literally YELLS "SURPRISE" afterwards. Teemo and Twitch are perfect candidates for a surprise party skin.
