Next Ultimate Skin is for Ziggs?

I think that the next ultimate skin is going to be for Ziggs because Riot has hinted to us with the past 3 Icons all having Ziggs in them. The latest being for mystery gifting you get a Candy with the same face that is on Ziggs bouncing bombs on the wrapper. You also got one from doom bots, and all for one. Maybe the Doom Bots Zigg Icon is a preview of the ultimate ziggs.

Ziggs' face being on alternate mode icons is an established trend. I don't think it has anything to do with a skin release.
