{Champion Concept} Eleana-The Dreamweaver

Lore: Elaena was a girl raised in one of the many villages that are under the protection of Damacia. She was always special, even if she didnt know it. From a very early age , she proved to be very good at using and controling magic. But, she was at her best when dreaming. She visited distand lands, was able to bend space and tIme and be able to read people's minds. One day, when she was playing hide-and-seek, Eleana somehow read the mind of one of her friends.Then she realised that her powers are manifesting in real life.After that, she started hearing more and more of people's thoughts. She told all she knew to one of the mages living near her village.The magus decided the best decision was to send her to Damacia, to be tutored by Luxanna Crowshield herself. There she learned that she was a dreamweaver, someone who can control reality like it is a dream. Now,because Lux is mostly gone on missions,she temporarly moved to Piltover.

Appearance:Eleana is a short, 17 year old girl.She has dark hair,which she keeps as a pony tail, and fair skin.She wears a light blue tank top ,some black jeans and some yellow sandals. On her left hand,she has a big tatoo which helps her maintain her power under control.

In game kit: Eleana is supposed to be played as a squishy support with a lot of outplay potential but long cooldowns.This makes her vulnerable while her abilities are down but very strong when they are up.

Passive:Dreamweaver

Eleana uses her power to steal 5% of magic resist of all enemy champions around her, and give 5% to all ally champions, including herself.

Q:Sleepless dreams(Targeted) 15s cooldown.

Eleana targets a champion, which gets drowsy and slowed for 1.5 s.After the slow ends they are stunned for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5s.

W:Mind reader(Single target) 25s cooldown

Eleana reads the mind of her opponent and predicts his/her next move.Eleana or an ally becomes invulnerable to all damage,debuffs and crowd control for 0.5 s

E:Reality bender 9/8/7/6/5s cooldown

Eleana fires a fast but thin projectile,dealing dmg to the first enemy hit.If it hits a champion it applies Vulnerabiliy

Vulnerability get consmed by ally basic attacks or damaging spells and deals 20-105 bonus magic damage based on lvl.

R:Dream come true 180/140/100 s cooldown.

After a channel of 2.5 seconds, Eleana creates a healing zone that heals 10/15/20% of missing health over 4 seconds. The channel get interupted by either killing or cc-ing Eleana.
