(whatever name you want) The Drone Master (champion suggestion)
This is not a professional suggestion with all the numbers but it is a concept for a new champion.
This champion is:
10% support 90% ap mage bot or mid
Abilities:
Passive: Inspire A passive that increases health regen for all nearby ally units, champions, turrets, and minions
[Q]: Orbital drone
This is a point and click ability which may only be placed on enemy champions or monsters
When the target is selected after channeling for 0.25 seconds it sends a drone to the target. This drone orbits the target slowly, getting and closer, all enemy units hit have AP damage done to them (make this lots of damage because it's very easy to dodge). When the orbital drone has crashed into the target it stuns them if they are in this champion eyesight for 1.5 second and deals are of effect damage damage. This does not grant vision of the target or else it would be OP
[W] Drone Swarm
This is a skill shot. After a 2 second delay in which you may move it fires a long range skillshot, not stopping at the first enemy it hits, like xerath’s. This should do lots of damage because there is a 2 second delay and is easy to doge. ( this would go well with the orbitals drone stun
[Q] Drone Spy
This is trap that is not stealthed. Kind of like  ability except that it does not do damage on the way there and lasts for one minute. This has range but only detects enemy champions. When an enemy champ has entered its range it crashes into them dealing area of effect AP damage. When they are hit it grants vision of that champion, slows them, applies mark that when consumed with an othe ability grants additional damage and if the ability is reactivated you dash to them. You may only place 3 of these at a time. When a champion is marked you may not place any, instead you will dash to them
[Ultimate] Explore
Sends a drone in one direction that has infinite range (like  ult). This drone travels above terrain and has vision of the ground underneath it. It sees under bushes. If it sees an enemy champion it splits into 2 drones, on goes onward and the other follows the enemy champion, slowly dealing percent damage over 5 second, if it sees another enemy champion it may split again, the other drone that had went onward also may split. These drones may split an infinite amount.
Lore:
I think the lore should go like this: A man has cancer in all his body parts except his brain. He is a professional engineer and programmer. When he finds out he has this disease he builds a robot with 4 drones that when he dies will perform surgery to extract his brain and place it in the robots were he has oxygen and all the food and water he needs so that he can come back to life in robotic form. Because all that matters is your brain right?
