Championship Riven skin

Riot I really would like to know if there are plans to make the championship Riven skin available again,and if so then when? I guarantee I'm not the only one who wants the skin made available again! If you don't plan to make it available is there a way to convince you to return the skin? I guarantee there will be many satisfied summoners if it were brought back. That would be better for the company to have more satisfied customers,right? To show how many people would appreciate the skin being returned I am starting a poll to see how many people agree.
