New Annie Skin

Has anyone ever thought of an Annie skin that conveys a little sister from Bioshock 1 and Tibbers as a Big Daddy? I don't know if there are like copyright issues that prevents this from happening but I just thought it would be a pretty cool idea, if someone else has already thought of this skin concept please don't be a jerk and just say that.

Does she really need a new skin though? :P I play Annie a lot but I think that 10 skins is enough.
