Another Child Champion

As of now there is only one child champion, Annie. I'm not counting teenagers like Ekko. Anyways I love the idea of children facing off with super powerful adult champions and being super powerful themselves. I have two ideas: 1. a boy who is Lux's prodigy (maybe her kid idk) who also uses light. I see him as the opposite to Annie, the dark child. 2. Illaoi and Gangplank's kid who uses kraken magic. What I have mind is him having these spirit tenatacle arms over his actually arms. I haven't really thought up any abilities, but I'd love to see another child champion (hopefully one of these two).
