Dragon trainer Kled

Okay so its been like what 3 or 4 months or more since Kled came out. I was in a game with dragon trainer triss and i was like why isnt this a Kled skin like he is riding on a dang dragon already. I was thinking his mounted Q is a whip or something of that nature for the clamp mounted W skar and kled Flip flop autos kled crackes whip at target skar autos with like a fire ball and just get more dramatic mounted E something simple like a giddy up skar and he flys for a sec and ult skar flys instead of roleing and kled is like almost falling off. Im not to sure what to do for his unmounted Q yet but it could be a realllly good legendary skin of done right. RIOT GAMES MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!! give us the skin we deserve.
