Champions of the Deep/Aphotic Champions

I have an idea for a champion theme. I would love if all the aquatic champions ( ) Had a theme of skins portraying the deepest layer of the ocean, which is the Aphotic Zone. No light reaches this depth of the ocean, bathing it in darkness. I thought it would be very interesting to have a theme of skins to portray this. My thoughts on how the skins would look would reflect the creatures who dwell in it, consisting of contrasting neons and deep sea gear. I would like them to be fierce, alluring, and formidable. Almost like a dark, corrupt, Atlantis theme. Any thoughts?
