Champions of the Deep/Aphotic Champions

I have an idea for a champion theme. I would love if all the aquatic champions ( ) Had a theme of skins portraying the deepest layer of the ocean, which is the Aphotic Zone. No light reaches this depth of the ocean, bathing it in darkness. I thought it would be very interesting to have a theme of skins to portray this. My thoughts on how the skins would look would reflect the creatures who dwell in it, consisting of contrasting neons and deep sea gear. I would like them to be fierce, alluring, and formidable. Almost like a dark, corrupt, Atlantis theme. Any thoughts?

We could also tie this into Bilgewater, and start working on concept art. Leave any thoughts!

we do already have deep sea Nami tho so just name it like deep sea Nautilus

Well I want it to be more than "deep sea", implying that they are creatures that never come up to the light. So like a "forgotten Nautilus " and have him look like he's been on the bottom of the ocean for a very long time, or as if he was from the lost Atlantis. A new set instead of what they already have, that would include ALL sea oriented characters. Nami could have a more crude and alluring look to herself. Wouldn't it be so sweet to have a full team of them with matching skins. I will work on some art so it can be more feasible.
