League of Legends' Ultimate Champion!

My friends and peers, I introduce to you the League Champion of all League Champions: /ALL Chat! A Champion so powerful it must be banned every game or be the most broken, OP beast on the Rift.

So... what does /ALL Chat look like? I'm glad you asked! It looks like the /ALL Chat cast, of course! At Champion Select you will have the option to choose which cast member (Dash, Xell, or Roselight) to start as, and through /ALL Chat's passive, cycle through each member in order upon death. Each member will have unique VO's, taunts, jokes, laughs, and dances!

/ALL Chat's Q is called "Guest Star!". Upon activation, /ALL Chat will invite the selected enemy Champion to join their team as a guest for 30 seconds. It has a 20 second cooldown, but can only be active on one enemy Champion at once, and can't be used on the same enemy until all other enemy Champions have guest starred. Then the cycle resets!

W is called "Comedy Sketch" where /ALL Chat heals with the power of laughter, friend and foe alike, within a 2000 unit radius.

E is called "BM or GG" and the effect varies depending on whether the ability is used on an ally or enemy Champion. When used on an ally, the targeted Champion regains 10% of its max HP and gets a brief attack speed boost. Using it on an enemy Champion marks them for 30 seconds, causing them to gain stacks of "Reports" each time they are hit with a basic attack. If the enemy Champion is "Reported" three times while the mark is still active, they are sent halfway back to their Well and suppressed for 10 seconds while being revealed to the enemy team.

Finally, /ALL Chat's R is "The Last LOL". This ability effects each unique Champion differently, and varies based on which /ALL Chat member is currently on the Rift. For example, if Dash is currently being used and /ALL Chat ulti's an enemy Fizz, the Fizz will be labelled "A JERK" for the next 60 seconds and will be heavily nerfed (more than Irelia, even!) in all stats for the duration. But if Xell ulti's an enemy Fizz, nothing happens. Why? Because Xell likes Fizz.
