Zotire, The Creator of the Void

One of my first mid lane champions was Malzahar, and ever since then i've had a bias love for champs with their backstory tied to the void. That's why i created Zotire (names don't have to be the same, i was just brainstorming) The Creator/Owner/Ruler of the Void.

PASSIVE - For each nearby ally, the mana cost of Zotire's abilities goes down slightly.

Q - Zotire sends forth raw energy that travels through every enemy unit to a fixed point; upon reaching that point the energy will create a circular zone that slows enemies inside. Enemy units inside the zone after 2.5 seconds are stunned.

W - Zotire creates a pillar of void energy that disrupts projectiles in an area around it for 4 seconds. (Think about windwall, but instead of stopping the projectile, it will bounce into another direction than what was intended.) If the pillar disrupts a projectile, Zotire can recast this ability and send it to a new area for another 4 seconds, dealing magic damage to enemies it passes through as it moves.

E - Zotire releases a surge of power from his body dealing magic damage, knocking back enemies that are hit, and placing them with a Mark of Rebellion.

R - Zotire summons the terrors of the void at a target location. The monsters reach out and pull nearby enemies into the center; if a target has a Mark of Rebellion, it will consume the Mark and fear the enemy champion for 2 seconds.

I think creating my own champs is pretty fun so i have several more i can post when my work schedule permits, i hope you find Zotire at least a little interesting, and his kit wouldn't have to stay exactly the same, it can change to fit other ideas too. Thanks!
