There should be a way to report players without having to play with them

I just had to dodge 2 games in a row because i had someone just say "me adc" and ban my declared champion so i got a 30M cooldown. There should be a way to report people for banning champions you have declared and not playing the role assigned without having to play with them.

It is not a bannable offense to ban a teammate's hovered champion, nor is it bannable to just state that you will be taking someone else's role. For all anyone knows, they could be just joking around and so the only way to confirm that is to play the game and report them in the post-game lobby.

I didn't say it wasn't bad, I said it wasn't 'bannable' if they don't actually go through with the game. That's how people get away with holding lobbies hostage. There's nothing Riot can do unless the game goes through and they actually troll.
