Kanis Latrans - The Masterwork Saboteur

Kanis grew up in a common town in Noxus upon the border, living there with his parents. His father a soldier in the war, his mother a beauiftul diplomat. At the age of four, Kanis was diagnosed with neuropathy (Peripheral Neuritis) his parents knew that he'll have a issue later in life due to the degeneration of muscles and the loss of sensation in the limbs and nerves, they seeked help from many potion-masters. his parents even traveled to rival lands before meeting a "Elixir Merchant" that was famed thoughout all of Valoran, stories told he could even warp time itself. The elixir they were searching for was expensive, costing his family all the money they had, they looked for alternatives but Kanis's body couldn't walk without the Merchants gift. The Merchant knew this, so he upped the price of his Elixir because he felt insulted that his parents would believe someone was as great as him in brewery and alchemy. The parents loved their son, and they would do anything for him. So they did, they would sell everything to see their son walk again, they sold their home and moved in with relatives, constantly scraping by the skin of their teeth.
Kanis couldn't really participate in other activites, he wanted too. But his parents feared that if he ever got hurt. He'd never recover, and never walk as he barely can currently. Kanis was a thinker and a reader, He would read books constantly. finishing his whole parents library in a week, and graduated top of his class in any subject. He always wanted to show others he could surpass them. But at the same time he wanted to be humble, the Noxus Gifted and Talented of Magic, Intelligence, and Power Program invited Kanis to their library after his talent showed with his remarkable achievements. Kanis finished school at 13. Swain even invited the young scholar to his own personal Library saying "One day you will pave the roads of Runeterra, not with blood, but with purpose."
At the age of 14, Kanis trained with his father and soldiers, Kanis could barely keep up, his father tried being as gentle as possible but Darius's hatred for weak men enfulled him with rage, claiming "A soldier cannot be cared for if stuck down in one swing." Darius claimed he won't have enough time to catch up with the other soldiers if he trains like this, he'll have to train him harder. His dad refused. Darius's eyes fulled with uncontrollable anger as he won't listen to a common footsoldier even if he's a Captain. Darius grabbed his axe and swung at Kanis's father Argo's, Argo accepted he'd rather die than hurt his son, Kanis pushed his father out've the way and tried to stop Darius's axe with a common square shield...
Kanis's right half was butchered, his arm laying on the ground. In shock Kanis just stood there in trauma Argos screaming fearing his son will collasp and die. Darius shrugged and started to walk away. Kanis threw a fit of rage swinging at Darius with a broken shield even knocking the Hand of Noxus on the ground before surcoming to the loss of blood. Darius smiled. "Let that rage be your strength, not even a army can stop a unrelenting blade."
Kanis recovered in Piltover, screaming held down onto a table he can feel metal piercing into his skin, slowly being conjointed with him, he hears a distant laugh. "Well that arm look's good on you, good thing Viktor never was one who kept a good eye on his things." Said the Elixir Merchant." "Where am I, and where's the rest of my body!" "Ehh, It's funny you ask those questions yet I should be asking why you ended up on my doorstep in the first place." "What do you mean?" "Your father dropped you off at my carriage after your "little" incident. But we're along way of home." "Where is my father?" "...We'll talk about that later. How are you feeling? a little numb?" he said with a smirk. "I can't feel my fingertips, my feet, my ribs are broken, I'm missing my right half of my body after brutally being swung at by a masochist murderer. And you still sit there and make jokes?" "Calm down I was asking how you feel, you know I do supply you with those potions, and who knows. Maybe I have some left over that I can give you can help you." "I would appricate it... So who's Viktor and you never said where we were." "The only thing you need to know about Viktor is he created this arm that now belongs to you. And we're currently in Piltover..." "..." "I could help you, but you must promise me something..." "...What?" "That you'll simply distance yourself from me, after I give you this, shined a bright green elixir It's a specially brewed elixir that I made for you" Smiled the Merchant. Kanis knew without the elixirs he couldn't move so he grasped the bottle and drank its contents. The merchant was surprised it was that easy. "Well hopefully Singed didn't make a potion that you couldn't recontruct the DNA... Farewell, Kanis." The Merchant had uncontrollable laughter but it slowly dissipates into the dark alley of Piltover...
After minutes of consuming said elixir Kanis's body started to mutant, changing rapidly. Howling in pain, Kanis plead for relief, he screamed in the streets looking for anything to ease himself, he found no relief, only the darkness watched him. While no one heard his plead, nor cared for his screams.
Kanis woke up feeling taller, faster, stronger, he had a sensory overload. He felt different, but still empty. He was able to walk. Kanis sprinted towards Drakengate within an hour. Finding his beloved city barely alive, falling to ruins...
Demacian ships attacked the sea border, leaving Drakengate into a recovering city but Noxus lucky won the engagement. Swain order troops to the Northern Seas, spies in the Shurmia desert, and blimps in the Ironspike Mountains.
Kanis at the now at the age of 26 now believes that Demacia and Noxus are not so much different, Noxus just shows more pride in being victorious. Demacia tries to cover up their mistakes, their murders, their "judgement." Both are ruled by Tyrants, but one is ruled by Powerless Jokesmith of a King.
Passive: Kanis creates a new upgrade for his trap at max rank. Kanis has 5% increase in movement speed and 1.5% increase in health regen
Q: Noxian Tar: Kanis plants exploding canisters into the soil looking completely invisable to enemies, once stepped on OR around it's radius it explodes, dealing damage and slowing the target(s) Radius 350, Damage 15/30/60/120/240, Slow 20%/40%/50%/60%/70 for 2seconds Q store's upto a maximum of 6 canisters, cooldown per canister is 16seconds canisters give SLIGHT vision 125range. they can be destroyed 2aa's from melee's, 3 for ranged. MUST need red trinket or control ward. CANISTERS DESTROY themselves after 3mins UPGRADED Q: Just deals more damage OR Mega Tar Bomb, stores 3 charges but slow explosion is doubled in range, increase in cooldown from 16secs to 24 W: Tonic of Seconds: Kanis throws a Elixir of Acceleration at the ground hitting ally champions only! and boosting their speed by 50% and lowering their all their cooldowns by 5 excluding summoner spells and active items. Cooldown 30/26/22/18/14 UPGRADED boosts movement speed by 75% and lowers ally cooldowns from 5 to 10 OR empower ally's next abilty by 40% AD or AP E: Trip Wire: Kanis places a barely visable wire, once the trip wire is triggered, all enemies are blinded in a radius of 450range. trip wire's must be used on terrian walls, but limited range, cannot be destroyed but can be jumped over. Cooldown 16secs. Blind lasting .5/1/2/2.5/3secs. damaging for 100damage. trip wire breaks after 5mins UPGRADED DEALS 500DAMAGE OR BLINDS IN A BIGGER RADIUS. R: Blackout: Kanis Sabotages the battlefield with a AoE Silence OR fear, effecting enemies and allies. range to throw 750-1000-1250 range, effecting the area for 4seconds.
