  1. Is there going to be a new Diana skin? because I want to know if I should get a skin or wait if the new one looks cool (if there is).

There is going to be a new Fire skin for Diana. There was a vote between three champions for the Fire and Ice Championships. The champion that won would get a new skin based on the winner of the championships. Diana was voted for the most, and Team Fire won.
