Nocturne

First, I feel like, the champion Nocturne, should have a new skin. Even though he has five skins, I really think that Nocturne should be able to have one more skin. Second, the range on Nocturne's ult shall be changed to a larger range of it. Because to me, he doesn't really go that far. Third, I think he needs a new splash art. It's been the same one, for I don't know how long. Riot, I hope you understand what I am trying to say. And if you guys do make a new skin, I will be excited and to try to get it.
